We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect for exploring nearby tourist attractions, like the historical monasteries. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The complimentary coffee on the morning of our departure was a nice touch.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable. the location was great because it was walking distance to the historical sites. the hot chocolate was a great addition to the breakfast.
The staff was not very accommodating and seemed preoccupied with their own holiday plans.
